| Three absconders arrested after 12 yrs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 22: Samba police claimed to have arrested three persons who have been absconding for the last twelve years to evade their arrest in different cases registered at different police stations.
According to police they have been identified as Ashok Kumar s/o Hans Raj r/o Nanak-e-Chak wanted in case FIR no 97/2001 u/s 279/304-a rpc p/s Vijaypur, Janak Raj s/o Babu Lal r/o Mananu, Tehsil & district Samba, wanted in case fir no. 121/2000 u/s 379 rpc p/s Samba and Mangal Kumar s/o Kaka Ram r/o Makhanpur Gujrian, tehsil R.S.Pura, Jammu, wanted in Case FIR No. 77/2002 u/s 279/337/338 RPC P/S Samba. "These accused persons were evading arrest since the registration of cases against them and against whom warrants u/s 512 Cr. P. C have already been issued by Courts. All of them have been produced in the Court for facing court proceedings, spokesperson said. |
