rajouri, June 22 :A fifteen day long Entrepreneurship Development Progr-amme (EDP) on Manufacturing and Services Sector under Seed Capital Fund Scheme of Sher-e-Kashmir Employment and Welfare Programme for Youth organized by Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JK-EDI) commenced at Panorama Hr Sec. School Rajouri today. The chief guest Matloob Khan, ADC Rajouri, in his inaugural address emphasized on importance of hard work and dedication required for undertaking any business activity.
"Innovation is required today in business sphere, and I want Youth to take the initiative and something which is new in the local market" he said. He felt that information with regard to the various schemes is not available to the masses and organization like J&K EDI must collaborate with similar organizations like DIC, DECC, KVIB, KVIC so that it can reach to every youth of the district.
Dr Musheer Mirza, General Manger DIC Rajouri extended the full support in terms of registration and other facilities from the concerned office to the budding entrepreneurs.
Vishal Ray, Nodal Officer JKEDI, Rajouri congratulated the participants for opting entrepreneurship as career option. Around 25 participants attended the programme on the first day.
