Enhancing retirement age is purely anti youth: YJKL | | | early times report JAMMU, June 22 : Youth of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh (YJKL) - Movement has condemned the demands of hike in retirement age moved by different employees organizations and termed it as a selfish demand and purely anti youth. According to a press statement the youth of the state including the wards of the agitating employees are facing the problem of the unemployment faced by lakhs of unemployed, and at this stage of affairs the aforementioned demand is uncalled for since the youth has no other avenues of employment except govt jobs. Spokesperson stated if the demand is fulfilled, it would affect young aspirants in the state and would turn up a huge setback to the youth in the society. YJKL welcomed the statement from Chief Minister Omar Abdullah saying the current demand of the state govt employees cannot be fulfilled as it is against the future of the youth of the state. The YJKL stated the Chief Minister must not get trapped in the blackmailing of state govt employees. Rahul Vaid gen secy YJKL, Sunny San-gotra secy YJKL, Manjoot Singh Sudan Secy, Baber Ali, Jeet Singh and Raman Sharma vice chairman YJKL also spoke on this occasion
