JAMMU, June 22 : About fifteen Vaishno Devi pilgrims received injuries, three of them critical, when a Katra bound bus rammed into the wall of the compound army unit in Nagrota on National Highway in late night today, sources said. Police sources said that the police, army and locals rushed to the spot and evacuated the injured to the Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu. "Three critical were admitted in Military Hospital, sources added. The incident took place when driver of the bus bearing regd No JK02AG/7689 coming from Katra to Jammu, lost control over the vehicle and it rammed into boundary wall of army unit at Nagrota. The most of the injured are hailingfrom Punjab. A case in this connection has been registered by Nagrota police. |
