Name of Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim's close associate surfaces up during investigations | Laila Khan mysterious disappearance case | | Asif Iqbal Naik Kishtwar, June 23: In the ongoing investigations into mysterious disappearance of Bollywood starlet Laila Khan, the name of close associate of underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim surfaced during questioning of the main accuse Parvaiz Iqbal Tak presently in the custody of Kishtwar police. According to police sources, during sustained questioning of Tak, the name of Kamal Yadwala and his son Sonu alias Wufi Khan has surfaced up. Sources said Tak informed the investigating agency that Laila Khan was married to Sonu alias Wufi Khan son of Kamal Yadwala, a close associate of underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim wanted by Mumbai police and ATS in connection with Mumbai serial blasts. Sources said after fleeing India, it was Kamal Yadwala who supported the underworld Don in running the real estate business in Mumbai and its adjoining areas. The sources said that Parvaiz Tak informed the police that it was Kamal Yadwala and his son who arrange the fake passports for Laila Khan and her family members from Mumbai and Hyderabad, which were later used by the actress family to fly out of India. The sources said that investigating agencies are looking for the copies of the fake passports of Parvaiz Tak and the person who helped the accused in obtaining the fake passports. The sources said that ATS Mumbai has launched a manhunt to trace out 65-year old Kamal Yadwala and his son. Parvaiz further informed that it was on the direction of the actress family, that he left the vehicle abandoned at Nehru Market Jammu. The sources said that during the investigations conducted so far, the names of 16 persons are under scanner and most of them were having links with criminal elements across the nation. The sources said that investigating agencies are likely to go through the process of lie detector tests as well as Narco-analysis of Tak. The sources said that in case the claims made by Parvaiz Tak are found genuine, Kishtwar police and ATS Mumbai will issue a red cornered notice against the missing family and will also approach the Interpol for extradition of actress Laila Khan and her missing family. The sources said that Parvaiz Tak revelations have put the security agencies on tenterhooks as surfacing of links with 'D" Company itself indicates terror, crime and sex links which is a major cause of concern for the security forces keeping an eye on the terror activities in India. The sources said that ATS is likely to question some close associates of "D" company presently lodged in jails across Maharashtra. The sources said that surfacing of fake passports racket is also a major cause of concern for the security agencies as it helps the terrorist in fleeing the country after committing terror activities. The sources said that the next few days of Tak interrogation are vital as far as security related matters are concerned.Besides, the progress of the case is dependent on the leads given by Tak during his investigation. The sources said that the success of the case involving Laila Khan family depends on the close coordination of the various teams presently investigating the case.
