Jammu, June 24 : Piranhal people forum (PPF) gen.sec, Aijaz Khan in a press statement issued here appealed Chief Minister who is also holding the charge of Education Deportment to personally intervene and constitute a commission who can conduct an independent Physical verification of store stock /Science kits /Book Purchased and Supplied/ Treasury Withdrawal on 31March 2012 as there is big scandal as the expenditure shown against the Items and Bills is not according to Govt. Rules Codal formalities have not been Completed even expenditure shown against some purchased items is totally fictitious because items were never purchased all these things can be proved ofter the physical verification of the store stock book /and science kits Verification. Jawaid Mughal and Aijaz Khan speaking in a meeting organaised by an NGO, also appealed to Chief Minister/ Commissioner Sec. Education, Director School Education and DDC Rajouri to initiate inquiry for Gross root violation of transfers norms Laid down by govt.and DSE jammu is acting like mute spectator and his subordinate openly violating govt.putting them in dustbin RET, teachers are attached in CEO, office since seven years more than 100 teachers were attached in CEO &ZEOs offices but dedicated teachers serving outside there localities since seven to eight year even female teachers were victimized due to reason best known to CEO and his other officials and large scale misappropriation of funds. |
