| KVM holds its general body meeting | | | Kathua, June 25: Kathua Vikas Manch (KVM) Kathua held its meeting today under the chairmanship of Prof Ram Murti Sharma, president of the Manch. The meeting was attended by a large number of members, office bearers and the members of Advisory Board of KVM.
The agenda of the meeting was to review the activities undertaken during 2010-11 and to identify new projects. The speakers on this occasion expressed satisfaction over the sanction of Inter-State Bus Stop, construction f Severage Nallah from Shaheedi Chowk to Jasrotia Clinic and the progress achieved regarding the acquisition of land at Chak Luddan for the establishment of Kendriya Vidyalaya.
However members in the meeting expressed concerns over the inordinate delay caused in giving practical shape for establishing South Campus of Jammu University, Mahatma Gandhi Maternity and Child Care Hospital and widening of Kali Bari-Hatli Road. Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Pitamber Dutt Sharma (Gen. Secy.), Dr. Kuldeep Mahotra, Daya Nand Sharma(Spokes Person), Dr. Prem Kumar Sharma, Dr. J.S. Jasrotia, Bashir Ahmed Malik, Mulkh Raj Sharma, Sat Paul Gupta. , Mohinder Nath Sharma.
