| ABVP starts personality development program | | | Early Times Report
Jammu , June 25: ABVP Jammu Mahanagar started 5 day Personality Development Camp at S.R. Public School, Exchange Road, Jammu. 45 students from different institutions of the Jammu city are participating in this camp. The camp was formally inaugurated with the lighting of traditional lamp by Surinder Sharma, Director, JK Channel who was the chief guest on the occasion.
While speaking on the occasion, he said that the personality development and character building are very important among the students. He also said that no doubt today’s youth is excelling in each and every field but lacking in moral values. He said the present education is lacking moral education which forms an important part of the education. He also appreciated ABVP which organises such kind of activities for building the moral character of youth.
Dr. Virender Koundal , State President, ABVP, J&K was also present on the occasion and while addressing the students he said that ABVP organizes personality development camps with the aim to bring out the natural talent and groom the personality of students. During this camp different experts will interact with the students.
Ajay Sharma, NEC member, ABVP presented welcome address and Arun Prabhat Singh the convener of the camp presented the vote of thanks. Programme was concluded with the singing of vandematram. |
