| CRPF jawan among three injured in grenade attack by militants | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, June 26 : A CRPF jawan was among three persons who were injured today when militants hurled a grenade at security forces in Sopore area of Baramulla district of north Kashmir, officials said.
Militants hurled the grenade at the joint patrolling party of CRPF and police at Chanakhan in Sopore, 52 kms from here, at around 12.15 PM, police said.The grenade landed at the road side, resulting in injuries to two civilians and a CRPF jawan, they said.No militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack so far. |
