| PK denounces revised package for displaced KPs | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 26: Denouncing the recently announced revised package by the state government for internally displaced Kashmiri Pandits, the Panun Kashmir (PK) said today that it is another brazen step towards camouflaging the real issue of the displacement of the entire community from Kashmir valley. In a press statement issued today, President Panun Kashmir Vijay Bhat has made it abundantly clear that the issue concerning the displaced community is not that of an economic nature but intrinsically geo - political one.Bhat said that this so called construction / renovation package does not, even in the least, address the issue from the stand of the community very firmly made known in the historic "Marg Darshan" resolution of 1991 and reiterated this stand from time to time which stood for the demand of a permanent homeland in Kashmir valley with the writ and under the umbrella of the constitution of India, Indian flag and Indian constitutional institutions. |
