| Drive against profiteers continues | | |
BHADERWAH, FEB 1
Continuing its drive against the violation of PFA Act 1954, Farooq Ahmed Food Inspector Block Bhadarwah challaned forty one vendors and recovered a fine of Rs. 13750 from the defaulters.
During a surprise checking the concerned department also took 30 samples of food and destroyed a large quantity of unhygienic food in the area.
During the last year alone, the department issued over 400 licenses generating a revenue of Rs 55,850.
