| DDC convenes meeting of BADP | | | early times report
Kathua, June 27 : District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kathua Zahida Parveen Khan today convened meeting with the line officers and elected Sarpanches of block Kathua, Barnoti and Hiranagar to seek suggestions and make priority list for the works of their respective panchayats under Border Area Development Programme (BADP).
DDC Zahida Parveen Khan had threadbare discussions on both ongoing development projects and new works under BADP of the border Panc-hayats.
DDC Khan exhorted upon the Sarpanches to submit their priority list of development works which comes under PHE, PDD, Irrigation, Soil conservation departments and other ongoing projects under different agencies and departments under BADP.
Over thirty Sarpanchs of block Hiranagar, Kathua and Barnoti participated in the meeting. |
