| J&K seeks comments on Hindu marriage registeration rule | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Jun 28 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sought public comments on draft of Hindu Marriage Registration Rule-2012 and Marriage Laws (Amendment) 2012. An official spokesman said here this afternoon that the state Cabinet which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah approved placing of the Draft of J&K Hindu Marriage Registration Rules-2012 and the Draft Jammu and Kashmir Marriage Laws (Amendment) Bill 2012 on the website of the General Administration Department (GAD) for one month for eliciting public comments. It also accorded administrative approval for construction of residential flats for employees at Pampore, he said |
