| Rang Dharay Dey presented at Bishnah | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 29: Unison Cultural Troupe (UCT) in collaboration with Union Ministry of Culture in association with the Director Centre for studies in Musicology and Citizen Forum Bishnah presented "RANG DHARAY DEY".
The festival of Dogri Duggar Pardesh was directed by Romesh Chander and was held in the premises of Beotra Community Hall, Bishnah.
The festival comprised of Duggar Folk Dances and Traditional Songs. In Dance form the folk Kud, Gitru, Yater and Jagrana performed by Vijay Kumar and Party, Bishwa Nath and Party, Vaneet Kumar & Party, Mohan Lal and Party, Anjana Padwal and Party and Dogri folk renowned Singers Bishan Dass,Avtar Kour, Nirmal Koul,Santosh Bandral. Punjabi folk singer Paramjeet Kumar and Party and Chotay Ustad Satinder Sannu sang sofiana and Punjabi Folk.
Mohammad Yasin Kichloo, Madam Poonam Choudhary, D.K.Singh Jamwal Advocate, Ashok Dubey and Pt. Naryan Dutt Sharma were the guests of Honor and Pandit Ganshyam Shastri presided over the function.
Imran Farooq (PRO) Jammu University and Guneet Singh Sudan alongwith Poonam Choudhary was special guest of Honor. |
