YJKL concerned about malpractices in higher education

Jammu, June 29: Youth of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh (YJKL) are concerned about malpractices happening in the Higher Education Department.
They said that earlier it was notified that there would be entrance examination for the post of contractual lecturers of in colleges for that they had collected Rs. 200 from each candidate for entrance examination but later on they again declared that there will not be entrance examination.
Almost 4000 candidate have applied and department of Higher Education collected about Rs. 5-6 lakh for these candidates.
They have sought inquiry and strongly demanded that Rs. 200 must be given back to every candidate as this is fraud on the part of Higher Education Department. They have demanded that subject wise demand of teacher must be advertised so that candidate will come to know about the requirement of the staff. Others were present on the press conference included Rahul Vaid and Raman Sharma.
