BSP holds meeting at Kathua | | | Early Times Report KATHUA, June 30 : The Bahujan Samaj Party Kathua organized a party workers meeting to strengthen the organizational setup and discuss various problems being forced by the common man particularly the poorest section of the society. Narinder Kashyap (MP) and National general secretary was the chief guest. Parkash Bharti Coordinator J&K state was guest of honor. Addressing party workers' meet held at Kathua, S.R Majotra State Gen Secy J&K strongly criticized the Omar Government for its anti-poor policies. These problems of poor sections of the society like Providing drinking water, raising unbearable electric charges bills, non release teachers lists of district Kathua, non conduct of recruitment rally of DGP at District Headquarter Kathua as proposed in the month of May, delay in conduct of B.P.L survey conduct of civic and block chairman elections like prices of all the commodities. Nonpayment of relief to the victim who houses were collapsed due to heavy rains, non rectification of error in the assembly voter lists, non release of sugar quota to the poor masses for last 2 months. The chief guest has listed the problems highlighted and promised to take up the issues within the parliament and get these redressed after speaker, Kashyap announced that the Som Raj Majotra is now contesting the Assembly election as the candidate of Samajwadi Party. |
