| Health awareness camp held at district Jail Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar July 1 : A health awareness program in association with health department Kishtwar was organized inside the District Jail Complex Kishtwar in which a general awareness about TB/HIV/AIDS and other diseases were given to jail inmates. The awareness Program was organized under the supervision of Harish Kotwal Superintendent District Jail Kishtwar as per the directions given by Naveen Agarwal Director General of Prisons Jammu and Kashmir.
Dr. Parvaiz Iqbal Wani (BMO Kishtwar) who also hold the charge of Medical Officer District Jail gave a detailed information about the TB/HIV to the jail inmates as well as to the jail staff. Detail preventive measure was also discussed during the awareness program . District Tuberculoses Center and ICTC Kishtwar also provides its logistic support in organizing awareness on TB/HIV. |
