JKDF holds protest against State Govt

Jammu, July 2 : Continuing its tirade against the State Government 's failure to formulate effective policy on employment and growing frustration among youth of the State, JKDF youth wing of Janipur Zone as per the direction of Chairman Anil Gupta today held a massive protest demonstration at Main Chowk, Janipur, Jammu.
The protest demonstration was led by District Vice President Jyoti Dogra in presence of youth wing President Munish Khajuria, Salil Arora and Vijay Kumar (Both District Secretaries).
Anil Gupta reiterated that the youth of Jammu are being discriminated and denied their just demands .
The anger and frustration due to unemployment is growing with every passing day , Despite highly educated, Jammu youths are being left out from selection lists of SSB and JKPSC.
The resentment among the youth will take ugly turn if the situation is not handled timely. " We demand immediate announcement of Rs. 2000/- per month allowance for unemployed youth till they are absorbed into the jobs" said Anil Gupta .
To highlight the demand of unemployed youth JKDF is holding the series of protest and Dharna's in different zones of Jammu through its youth wing led by Munish Khajuria (President Youth wing)
Earlier today hundreds of activists of JKDF gathered near main Stop Janipur to protest in favour of the demands of unemployed youths who are deprived of their rights to get equal opportunities of earning their livelihood.
The protestors chanted the slogans and burned the effigy of State Government to express their resentment with the policies of Government. The non serious attitude of Government to formulate the concrete policy for minimizing the unemployment problem has been flayed by all in one voice.
Munish Khajuria while speaking to media said, The unemployed youths of J&K were having many hopes from young chief minister of State Omar Abdullah, but young chief minister of State totally failed to come up to the expectations of youth.
Khajuria said, "Militants and Stone pelters are being given jobs in the name of rehabilitation, but the Nationalists youth of Jammu are being deprived of their rights and equal opportunities in State Government jobs. We will not tolerate the injustice being metted to our youth and fight for our reasonable demands till they are being fulfilled.
The prominent youth workers who took part in the protest are Ravi Mehra, Krishan Kapoor, Naveen Sharma, Vikram Sharma, Shally gupta, Joginder Sharma, Pardeep, Rakesh Gupta, Gulshan Kumar, Kailash Kumar, Ashish Sharma, Yash Pall, Naveen Dogra, Ajay Manhas and Rajesh Sharma.
