| Army can try Macchil case accused in GCM: HC | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, July 4 : The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today said the Army can exercise the option of trying its personnel accused of involvement in the Macchil fake encounter case in the General Court Martial (GCM). Disposing of the Army petition, Justice Hasnain Masoodi said the Army can exercise the option of trying the nine accused personnel including a Colonel and two Majors in the GCM, Army Counsel Karnail SIngh Wazir said. |
