| Minor kidnapped girl recovered from Punjab | | |

Jammu, July 4 : A minor girl kidnapped from Billawar has been recovered from Punjab and the accused along with thw accomplice have been arrested. On 01.07.2012 a Case FIR No- 94/2012 U/S 363/109 RPC was registered at Police Station Billawar on the kidnapping of one minor girl namely Radha Devi D/O Bishan Dass R/O Mandli Tehsil Billawar by persons namey Nissar Ali S/O Mohd Hssain R/O Mandli Tehsil Billawar and his associate namey Amin S/O Gul Mohd R/O Mandli Tehsil Billawar . In view of the sensitivity of the matter, a special team under the supervision of SDPO Basholi was constituted by Addl. SP Kathua . As a result of prompt action of Police , the kidnapped girl has been recovered from Phag wara area of Tehsil Jallandhar (Punjab) on 03.7.07.2012 .
Both the accused persons have been arrested and recovered minor girl stands restored to his family after completion of formalities. |
