Maharashtra police arrive in Kishtwar for Tak's custody | Laila disappearance case | | Asif Iqbal Naik Kishtwar, July 4:- Maharashtra police probing mysterious disappearance case of Laila Khan finally arrived Kishtwar after 14 days since main accused Parvaiz Iqbal Tak's arrest. This is the second visit of Maharashtra police to Kishtwar after recovery of the outlander vehicle which was later found to be registered in the name of Bollywood starlet Laila Khan missing since February 2011from Mumbai. A team of Maharashtra police led by Inspector Baghi Rath Shivaji Rao Deshmukh arrived in Kishtwar this afternoon to take the custody of accused Parvaiz Iqbal Tak. Sources said that Maharashtra police will tomorrow apply before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar for his transit remand to Mumbai on the bases of the arrest warrant secured by the Maharashtra police from a local court. Meanwhile, CJM Kishtwar Ashwani Sharma extended the police remand of Parvaiz Iqbal Tak by two more days with the direction to produce him again on next date of hearing on 5-7-2012. As per the court direction, Tak was taken to District Hospital Kishtwar for medical examination after he complained of ailment. However, he was declared medically fit. Some medicines were prescribed.
