SRINAGAR, July 6: Court Road consolidated their position winning their tie against Shaheen Sports 2-0 in the ongoing J&K Bank Division-A Football League, organised by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at Polo Ground, here today.After witnessing a barren first half, Court Road scored two goals coming through Rameez Ahmed in the 40th and 62nd minute of the match. In another scheduled match, Syed Taj-u-Din Club held J&K PDC-B to a goalless draw after a hard fought battle. Meanwhile, the semifinals of the Division-B Football League shall be played tomorrow at Polo Ground, here. In the first semifinal, Alfath Football Club shall take on National Dalgate at 4 pm, followed by the second semifinal between DPS and Fort View at 5.30 pm. |
