| Court starts investigation in the complaint u/s 202 CrPC | | Complaint in alleged Search of Gola Shah's House | |
Jammu, July(JNF): In the complaint filed by Rajat Jandial son of Ravinder Gupta alias Gola Shah against Jaipal Sharma SHO Gangyal, Bishnesh Kumar SHO Gandhi Nagar, Abdul Jabbar IPS c/o ZPHQ Jammu, Mohan Lal Kaith DySP SDPO South and Rajeshwer Singh SP South and above 50 police person along with these police persons alleged that his entire house was searched by police officers without any search warrant from the court or adopting due procedure of law, Special Municipal Magistrate Jammu VS Bhou today directed complainant to appear in the Court on July 25, 2012 and produced his witnesses for recording their statement on oath to ascertain the truthfulness or otherwise of the complaint. |
