| 23 year old youth murdered in Chatroo; Police detains wife | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, July 7: 23 year youth identified by police as Kuldeep Kumar Thakur son of Lal Chand Thakur resident of Khayran Pasarkot in Chatroo Tehsil of Kishtwar District was found murdered in forest area, some 1 KM from his residence. When contacted SHO Chatroo Farooq Ahmed Khateeb said that after receiving information from the locals, Chatroo police registered case FIR No: 41 U/s 302 at police station Chatroo. He said that the dead body of the deceased was later sent to Hospital where the doctors conducted autopsy after which body was handed over to the family for last rites. Meanwhile Chatroo police detained Kamlesha Devi wife of deceased Kuldeep Kumar and Babli Devi (Kuldeep Kumar aunt) wife of Som Nath Thakur for sustained questioning after both the detained ladies gave conflicting statement before police. |
