Accused fined for injuring complainant

Jammu, July 7 (JNF) : Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal convicted accused namely Anil Kumar s/o Vijay Kumar, Kuldeep s/o Parbu Ram and Parveen Kumar alias Papu s/o Bishan Dass of Resham Ghar Colony Jammu u/s 324,341/34 RPC and awarded fine Rs 27000 to all the three accused.
Complainant Subash Kumar was assaulted by the three accused with intent to do away with his life having made preparation intercepted his way. Accused Parveen Kumar caught hold of him and Anil @ Gadaria with intent to do away with his life attacked on him with a dagger which hit his chest and sustained him grievous injuries. He raised an alarm, some people came on spot and accused ran away. Injured was evacuated to hospital. On the basis of this report, police register the case, commenced investigation, the facts emanated from the investigation are that accused Parveen and Kuldeep caught hold the complainant and accused Anil Kumar @ Gadaria inflicted injuries with dagger on all parts of body with intent to do away with his life and he sustained injuries and after completion of investigation presented challan. Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal observed that offence u/s 307 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act are not proved however, offences u/s 324,341/34 RPC is proved against the accused Anil Kumar , Parveen Kumar and Kuldeep Kumar and awarded The accused/convict Anil Kumar Parveen Kumar and Kuldeep Kumar who has been convicted u/s 324,341/34 RPC, is sentenced for a period already undergone in custody and shall pay a fine of Rs. 9000/- each and in default of payment of fine, thye shall suffer imprisonment for a period three months.
