| SDA asks boatmen to remove structures from Schuntikul within 3 days | | | Srinagar, February 2
Pursuant to the decision of High Court in PIL titled Syed Tahir Iqbal Jeelani V/S State J&K & Ors, Srinagar Development Authority has allotted 166 residential plots of 25’X 40’ size in Sumerbugh Housing colony to the boatmen of Schuntikul.
Accordingly, the boatmen have been advised to take over the possession of allotted plots and remove their structures within 3 days positively so that the Schuntikul is cleared of all sheds and dongos in the light of directions passed by the High Court
