| BSF Pre-School organizes "Red Affection Day" | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 9: With the aim to enable the tiny tots to recognize Red colour and develop their five senses, the Pre-School of BSF Senior Secondary School Paloura celebrated "Red Affection Day" in the school premises, here today.
There was all red in the school as children as well as the staff were dressed in red. The Activity Room was decorated with red objects and pictures of red fruits and vegetables etc. The tiny tots were asked about their favourite red fruits and thereafter a graph representing their favourite fruits was prepared. Apple emerged as the most favourite fruit among the tiny tots. The students also recited poems related to red colour. Various activities like apple printing as butterfly, pasting red paper balls as cherries, pasting bits of paper in the picture of strawberry, hunting red objects in a room were done. The kids also tasted red coloured drinks and snacks which they prepared with their teacher's help. The Head Master of the Primary wing and the Principal of the Senior Secondary School, Dr. SS Khokhar appreciated the efforts of the teacher. Dr. Khokhar, while speaking on the occasion, stressed upon the teachers to organize these activities for the all round development of the students. |
