JKNTUF-EJAC 3rd Front hail Omar for initiating talks with employees | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, July 9: Leaders of J&K National Trade Union Front & EJAC 3rd Front jointly have appreciated the efforts the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah who personally has intervened to resolve employees' issue and nominated a high power official committee headed by Devinder Singh Rana advisor to Chief Minister to hold the negotiations with JCC leadership and break the deadlock. While addressing a press conference in Jammu the joint leadership of the two organizations Arun Moza, Nazir Ahmed Molvi, Rajinder Kumar, Molvi Muneer Ahmed, Vikram Jeet Singh, Sat Paul Singh, Raj Singh leaders of J&K National Trade Union Front & EJAC 3rd Front have hailed historic agreement sign yesterday at Srinagar between Government & JCC leadership. "We the appreciate the efforts the Chief Minister Jenab Omar Abdullah for his personal intervention to break the ice by nominating a high power official committee headed by advisor to Chief Minister. They also congratulated the state President and senior JCC leaders Mohd Gafoor Dar, Abdul Qayoom Wani, & Khursheed Alam. "We also congratulate 4.5 Lacs State Government employees and workers including rank and file of J&K National Trade Union Front & EJAC 3rd Front who has given us whole hearted support during the strike from 17 April 2012 to till date, they said. Speaking on the occasion they reiterated their demands like regularization policy for all ORW's need base worker/casual labours, adhocees, contractual who engaged after 1994, Enhancement of retirement age, Removal of pay anomalies, budgetary support to the public sector.
