Vested elements betrayed employees by calling off proposed stir: JKLCA

JAMMU, July 11: Condemning the approach of some JCC leaders who had called off proposed employees stir, the representatives of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh (All Departments Clerical staff) Association (JKLCA) have alleged betrayal to employees by calling off stir without reaching to any achievement and settlement of demands of the employees.
In a meeting held under the chairmanship of Babu Hus-sain Malik, Sr Vice President of the Association in which seniors leaders Khurshid Ahmad Dewani, Sayeeda Ladakhi, Madan Sangral, Bharat Bhushan, Meenakshi Sharma, Raj Nath Wazir, Munish Sharma, Sewa Ram, Uday Singh Pathaina, Rohit Gill, Pawan Kumar, Vikas Sharma, Romesh Koul, Ajay Khajuria, Ashok Kumar, Jatwant Singh, Cha-man Lal and Sham Lal also participated took stock of the situation arising due to the betrayal by the self styled leaders of the two factions of EJAC (QNTUF) i.e. partial JCC and have withdrawn the four days state wide strike call from 9th to 12th July, 2012 without reaching to any achievement and settlement of demands and compromised the struggle of the employees. The Association leaders further calls upon the state government employees to vigilant against the self style Union leaders who are bend upon to sell the genuine cause of the employees and calls upon the Pro Employees representatives of all unions/organizations to participate in the convention on July 16. at Srinagar to take stock of the overall situation and anti worker announce of the government.
