| Jat Biradari condoles Dara Singh's demise | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 12: Jat Biradari of Jammu has condoled the demise of Wrestler-turned-Bollywood actor Dara Singh. In this connection a condolence meeting of Jat Biradari was held under the presidentship of senior PDP leader and Ex-MP Tarlok Singh Bajwa. Remembering his services for the country Bajwa said that Dara Singh was a very gentle and noble soul and was always ready to help his countrymen. Bajwa further said that it is a personal loss to him as he and Dara Singh were close friends and used to discuss various issues in and outside the Parliament. He was a great wrestler, a veteran actor/film maker and a great parliamentarian. A two minutes silence was observed and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. It was also prayed to the Almighty to bestow courage to his family members to bear this irreparable loss.
The meeting was attended by Ch. Pyara Singh, Ex-MLA, Ch. Chuni Lal, Ch. Baldev Singh Pappa, Ch. Ajit Lal, S Gurmeet Singh Bajwa Sarpanch, Harnam Singh Sarpanch, Swarn Singh Sarpanch, S H S Sodhi and many others. |
