NC- Cong regime fails to bringtransparency, accountability: NPSU | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 12: National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) Jammu University, today criticized the ruling alleging the present regime has failed to bringing transparency and accountability in the governance. Th Virender Singh (President JU NPSU) in a press conference, here today said that during the last three and half years corruption has been legitimized in Jammu and Kashmir because the present regime has failed to bringing transparency and accountability in the governance. He said that there was rampant corruption in the State and names of some higher ups in the Government have figured in a number of corruption cases. He said that biggest achievements of the present NC-CONG. led regime were legalization of corruption. "The present NC-Congress coalition has become a safe house for corrupt ministers. With each passing day, real faces of the ministers are getting exposed but the Chief Minister don't deem it necessary to take any action against them, he lamented. He demands dismissal of the government and imposition of President's rule in the state.
