Messy affair in JAKFED continue!!!!

jammu, July 13: The alleged messy affairs continue to hit the ailing JAKFED, as the employees and additional incharge Managing Director (MD) JAKFED are daggers drawn over the financial affairs of the department as employees cry for release of salaries stopped for financial crunch but in charge MD claims all is well within the department.
The JAKFED has been in news for the poor financial affairs and in what it could be called as clear cut case of political interference entitled JAKFED versus JAKFED employees. While present MD claimed all is well in department. But his tall claims claiming 'goody-goody' affair in department have been doused by the bemoaning employees who presently are crying throat hoarse for the release of salaries.
The employees continued to alleged nexus in JAKFED and many complaints too have lodged with Crime Branch Jammu by employees of JAKDFED themselves for the justice to the employees who are standing at the loser's end.
Pertinent to mention here that Additional Charge MD JAKFED , in his communication dated ………11-7-2012.and reference no PS/MD/2012/09..had only counted the achievements of minister and attached GM underlining 'the JAKFED institution has struggled through against the tide of No Work culture and competitive market competition and has been making timely payment of salary to its employees besides clearing some other accumulated past liabilities, aiming at the strengthening of business activities.
Meanwhile the employees issued another press release having Ref No JEWA/185-88 DATED11/7/2012 stating that salary of 400 employees are still pending for thelast 10 months, particularly widows and pensioners, who are running pillar topost for their dues.
In a fresh press release the Office of the All JAKFED Employees Welfare Association, concerned about the irregularities and embezzlement in JAKFED and demanded intervention of Chief Minister Omar Abdullaha to look intot he affair of JAKFED, which has again reached to the point of core and bankruptcy as it has hardly on the profit of Rs 9 lakh in the month of June 2012 against the salary and administrative requirement of Rs 35 lakh per month which has happened due to the wrong policy as the same institution was earning the profit of Rs 52 lakh per month till May 2012.
They further said till date they are at receiving end no 6th pay commission.
