| Gujjars seek PM's intervention in tribal sub-plan | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 13 : A Gujjar community outfit today sought Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's intervention for formulation of a state plan and tribal sub-plan as per Planning Commission guidelines.
"Despite repeated instructions of the Planning Commission, the state government has not yet prepared separate sub-plans for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes, therefore we have sought PM's intervention in the issue," President of Gujjar Mahasabha in J-K Eshfaq Ur Rehman Poswal told reporters here. |
