| Life skills workshop for teachers concludes | | | Early Times Report
doda, July 14 : The three days life-skills workshop at Jodhamal School for the nation-builders at Jodhamal Public School which had commenced on July 12, 2012 concluded on July 14, 2012.
The workshop which was conducted by an esteemed trainer, based in New Delhi and working with leading corporate of the country Amitabh Garg proved to be an innovative and well received activity, by the mentors of JMPS, Jammu. Concluding session was based on stress management which, of late has become a bane for the general society, at large. The student community which has been under undue stress owing to the increased expectation and peer pressure will be greatly benefitted by this initiative of the Management of the school, especially Trilok Singh Bist, Principal of Jodhamal Public School. The highlight of the three day workshop was Activity based learning and the enthusiastic participation by teachers, who were quite candid in their feedback of program and asserted that they had been able to discover a new self during workshop. Program concluded with presentation of a memento to resource person by Nandan Kuthiala, the trustee of the school. In his speech the resource person showered his sincere praise for the organizers and the participating teachers wherein he reiterated, "I am amazed to inter-act with such an enthusiastic team of teachers who could compete with the team of any reputed Public School of the country and who have a tremendous zeal to shape the future of their students in achieving glorious heights in their life." |
