| Youngest ever VC -Malik, accorded rousing welcome | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 14 : Achieving another unique distinction to his credit Prof Shazad Malik hailing from border district Poonch was appointed as youngest ever Vice Chancellor of Sai Nath University Agra. He was accorded warm welcome on his arrival by MLA Mendher and others.
A press statement stated that his achievement has definitely made people of State feel proud as it is rarest of rare achievement. "Shazad hails from remotest village of Poonch did his early education there and then went to Agra for B.Sc Agriculture after completing 12th from Poonch, the statement stated.
On his first arrival in Jammu after his appointment as VC was given rolling reception by PDP MLA Mendhar Raffiq Malik.PDP Distt Vice President Vikram Singh besides prominent citizens of Jammu. Pertinent to mention here that Member Parliament, Ch Monabbar Salim and media persons from, NDT V and STAR News are also accompanying with him from Agra. Reaching Jammu and while addressing media person in Jammu said that he has been successful in becoming youngest VC ever owing to blessings of his parents and timely and proper guidance from his worthy teachers. He called upon the youth not to concentrate much on Govt jobs only and they should not wait for employment rather should think of employing themselves at the earliest. He asked the youth not to lose self confidence and always keep their attitude positive even under adverse conditions also. |
