KISHTWAR, July 15: Kishtwar is again in new for bad reasons. A video clip finds a local youth, Sameer Ahmad in the eye of the storm.
The clip available with Early Times depicts the youth in a compromising position with a girl , Rani (name changed).
The video clip is believed to be prepared by two friends of Sameer. This is the second clip of its kind that has surfaced in Kishtwar in the past one month. Surprisingly no arrests were effected when the first clip surfaced. That time the boy was identified as Sajan Kumar Baghat of Hidyal Kishtwar. Sajan is said to be absconding since then.
Kishtwar has been in news for links to Delhi High Court blast and the murder of Laila Khan. This time `porno terror' has struck the district. The people, by and large have taken strong exception to what they called `social crime'. They have demanded stern action against the culprits. However, the police in a bid to distance themselves from the controversy said the parents of the victims should have come forward to pursue the case.
