| Transfers , Postings affected in Higher Judiciary | | | Jammu, July 16 (JNF): Registrar General of J&K High Court Mr. JR Kotwal issued posting and transfers of Judicial Officers. According to the order NO 285 dated July 16, 2012, Mr. MK Hanjura Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma Principal Sessions Judge Kathua has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Rajouri against available vacancy. Mr. Abdul Rashid Malik Principal Secretary to Chief Justice of J&K High Court has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Anantnag. Mr. Vinod Chatterji Koul District & Sessions Judge Anantnag has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court, Mr. Suresh Sharma Member J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar repatriated from deputation and has been trsnferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Chief Justice J&K High Court. Mr. Zubair Ahmed Raza Additional District & Sessions Judge Rajouri has been transferred and posted on deputation as Member J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar, Mr. Mehraj-ud-Din Sofi Joint Registrar Judicial High Court Srinagar Wing has been transferred and posted as Special Mobile Magistrate (T) Srinagar. Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Khan Special Mobile Magistrate Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar (Judicial) High Court Wing Srinagar.
Meanwhile According to the notification No-331 dated July 16, 2012 issued by Registrar General J&K High Court Mr. JR Kotwal that interview (viva-voce) in connection with the Higher Judicial Service (District & Sessions Judge Direct Recruitment) Examination 2011-2012 shall be held on July 28, 2012 (Saturday) at 8:30 AM at High Court Complex Janipur Jammu. |
