| Elections of Non- Gazetted Statistical Employees Association held | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, July 16: Elections for framing the state body of Non-Gazetted Statistical Employees Association held in District Rajouri under the supervision of Shamun Ahmed Chief Planning Officer/DSEO Rajouri.
Statistical employees from the whole District participated and cast their vote.
The District Statistics and Evaluation Officer Rajouri Shamun Ahmed was appointed as Assistant Returning officer for the District Rajouri by the Director CSS S.S Jamwal Planning and Dev. Department who was the Returning officer of State body Election.
There were two candidates in the fray for the post of State President besides other candidates for other designations.
Bilal Rashid Assistant Director Planning played the role of Presiding officer and compiled the result statement, which was later sent to the Director CSS(Returning officer) of the said election by DSEO Rajouri. Elections were conducted in smooth manner in which 90 % votes were polled.
All the Statistical employees of District Rajouri after the elections desired to Constitute District Body, where it was decided that the election for District Body will be held on July 19. |
