| Police recovers illicit liquor | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, July 16 : A Police Party of PS Kathua during Naka checking near Kharkara Morh Kathua intercepted one Scooter Bajaj Chetak bearing No. PB06B/642 driven by one Surinder Kumar and recovered 15 Liters of Illicit Liquor from his possession. A case FIR No. 263/12, U/S 48 Excise Act has been registered at PS Kathua. Further, a Police Party of BPP Haria Chak during Naka duty at Bhag Nallah intercepted one Balario Load carrier bearing registration No. JK02AV/8606, driven by one Vipan Kumar @ Vicky S/o Jagdish lal R/o Chak Bhakthabar R. S. Pura Jammu and his associate namely Sanjeev Kumar S/o Madan lal R/o Rathana R. S. Pura Jammu which was on way from J&K Punjab. During search of the vehicle, Police recovered 03 Bovine Animals which were being transported from J&K to Punjab state illegally. A case FIR No. 115/2012 U/S 188 RPC, 3 PC Act. Stands registered at PS Rajbagh. |
