A Two days national seminar on “Urdu languages and literature in 21st centaury-challenges and direction”, is being organized by the post graduate department of Urdu is collaboration with professional studies on 5th of this month.
The inaugural session will be held at Brig. Rajinder Singh auditorium, university of Jammu. As per press release a large number of delegates from all over the country are to participate, former HOD Urdu Jawaharlal Nehru University, Prof Shari Rudolvi is going to preside over the function, while Prof. Atiq-Ullah ex H.O.D, Urdu of University of Delhi will be the chief guest.
A large number of delegates from various universities of the country, particularly, University of Delhi, Jawahar lal Nehru University, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, Aligarh Muslim University, Srinagar and central University, Hyderabad.Besides local intellectuals and writers are expected to participate.
