JKHC official caught red-handed in KCS Judicial exam | | | Early Times Report jammu, July 17: Public Service Commission’s staff today caught a gazetted officer of Jammu and Kashmir High Court red-handed while copying in the examination of KCS (Judicial) and booked him in a matter of unfair means. Informed sources revealed to Early Times that Superintendent of an examination hall at Government Gandhi Memorial Science College in Jammu caught red-handed one Rukhsar Ahmad Khan of Mendhar area of Poonch district while copying. The objectionable copying material was seized from him and he was immediately booked in a matter of unfair means. Official sources identified the delinquent officer as Rukhsar Ahmad and said that he was currently posted as Reader with the first Puisne judge and former acting Chief Justice of J&K High Court Mr Justice Virender Singh. He was also younger brother of a junior judge namely Naushad Ahmad Khan, Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Jammu. After his appointment against a gazetted post in J&K High Court two years ago, Rukhsar Ahmad Khan attempted KCS Judicial examination being conducted by J&K PSC with his ambition to become a judge. |
