| BWF concerns over deteriorating Bhaderwah Campus- JU | | | Early Times Report
Bhaderwah, July 18: Members of Bhaderwah Welfare Forum (BWF) in a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Kotwal Chaman Lal expressed concerns over the deteriorating condition of Bhaderwah Campus of Jammu University. During the meeting members namely Mudassr Zargar said that Rector is under the influence of ERO whose appointment has been made by Prof Amitab Mattoo illegally as he fails to fulfill the requisite qualification of ERO. "The Rector also remains absent from Bhaderwah campus, they alleged.Members in meeting said that even former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad who recently visited the Bhaderwah Campus too has too shown his displeasure over functioning of the Bhaderwah Campus.Dr Ashok said that many representations has been made to the Vice Chancellor to appoint new Rector of Bhaderwah Campus but no action has been still taken in this regard by the Vice chancellor.
Shafat Ali the president of Bhaderwah Welfare Forum said a film was being shoot in the Bhaderwah Campus that too without any permission of the Jammu university authorities.
Rishi Singh Manhas, Sunil Kumar, Tariq Hussain , Barket Ali and others also spoke on the occasion. |
