| ‘Coalition Govt has numerous achievements to its credit, ‘says Peerzada | | | Jammu | Feb 3 The President State Pradesh congress Committee and Minister for Education Peerzada Mohd Sayeed has said that coalition government has numerous achievements to its credit. He said during past one year vital commitments of Common Minimum Programme have been fulfilled which must reach to the common people of the State. Sayeed was speaking at a function held at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bhalwal here today. He said various steps has been taken by Congress led government to fulfill the commitments made to the people in the last election. There is tremendous development on al fronts and remarkable performance of the government. The partymen must take the achievements to the people so that the party is strengthened at grass root level. He said that decision like Finance commission, Creation of eight districts, delimitation commission and new Roshani Act are major achievements of the government. Earlier local MLA and Former Minister Mula Ram highlighted the local demands which include construction of Compound wall and Examination Hall in Govt. Hr. Secondary School, upgradation of Govt. Middle School Kangar, Govt Middle School Pakhian (Mishriwala) and govt. Hr. secondary High Schools. He also demanded allotment of funds for construction of infrastructure of Govt. Hr. Secondary School Paloura and Govt. Hr. Secondary School Gharola which were upgraded during last year. Senior Congress leader Hari Singh Chib and Raj Dev Singh and also speak on the occasion. Kuldeep Kumar, Rana Partap Singh, Amar Nath, Govind Singh, Dr. Sohabn Singh and senior officers of the PWD, PHE, RDD, Education and Health Department were also present in the function. Minister also distributed prizes among the participants of the function.
