Early Times Report
Jammu, July 20: Expressing concerns over ill logical statements pouring from different quarters especillay from those who are responsible for displacement of Hindu Community from valley, the All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) flayed such statements. In a meeting held under the chairmanship of its President (ASKPC) H L Chatta the members discussed burning problems being faced by the community and also expressed anguish over the ill logical statements made by those who are responsible for our displacement the people who advised the masses to purchase gun and later on was used against minority community to force them to migrate from the pluralistic society. "Now again the sermons to live as per the dictates of such people are given so that it becomes easy to swallow the remained lot, the members said and observed that old saying which goes that a burnt child dreads the fire so in the Kaasmiri Pandit representatives assembly in the year 1998 a resolution was passed that we have not left Kashmir for good but the we will definitely go back but in the safe situation so that we shall not have to face exodus any more.
Therefore it was said that we shall go back and live jointly at one place under free flow of Indian Constitution and a Government of our own, the members said and added that community has already rejected the tale of autonomy self rule and dual currency. The ASKPC has totally rejected interlocutors' report which speaks the language of separatists and had no time to see our position in camps during their stay of one year in the state.
