| Pranav accorded warm reception at Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, July 20: Kishtwar people accorded a warm and rousing welcome to State vice President Youth Congress Pranav Shagotra on his arrioval in district headquarters during his scheduled tour to Inderwal and Kishtwar constituencies.
While welcoming Pranav, prominent Congress leader and former president DYC Kishtwar Sheikh Nasir Hussain said urged upon the visiting leader to visit each and every corner of the constituency to know the problems being faced by the people especially youth of this region.
While addressing the party activists, Vice President PYC Pranav Shagotra said that Congress is committed to devolve powers to the Panchayats so that to make three-tier Panchayati Raj System fully functional in the state. He appealed the youth congress activist to work unitedly for strengthening the party and party leaders and follow the ideology and policies of youth icon Rahul Gandhi.
Pranav thanked the local congress leaders and youth congress activist for giving a warm reception to him.
