Srinagar, July 20 : PDP leader and vice district president of Anantnag Abdul Rahim Rather and PDP minority leader Nanajee wattal today expressed their gratitude to the Kashmiri pandit community of Kokernag constituency for their participation in making the public meeting a success which was held three days ago in Kokernag. In a statement Rather and Nanajee wattal said that the pandits which play a bigger role in our society and are part and parcel of our culture and heritage and is a welcome step that they have understood our party agenda and are vigorously spreading party massages to the community to gain more and more support. Their enthusiasim highlighted after they came all the way from Jammu in large number to welcome their leader Mufti Mohammed Sayeed at Kokernag.The leaders assured the pandit community that our party will make every effort to address their genuine problems faced by them particularly in Jammu during these hot days.
The leaders said that PDP is committed for dignified and safe return of Kashmiri Pandits to the valley and for that they would make all efforts on all fronts. |
