This has subjected people to inconvenience. The customers also complain of indiscipline at the ATM kiosks. "There is no restriction on the entry of people in the ATM kiosks, despite the fact that not more than one person should be inside the cabin while withdrawing money", said an agitated customer. The customers apprehend misuse of their passwords and even money snatching at the ATMs. "It is very difficult to know what the person behind you in the ATM kiosk is up to. He may be a cheat or even a criminal", said Gopal. The mushrooming of private banks has not helped the poor customer in any way.
