Mumbai CB arrives today to probe Mushtaq's role

Kishtwar, July 25: The Mumbai police is arriving here tonight to probe the role of Shakir Hussain's brother in the murder of Laila Khan and her family members. Shakir was given a clean hit by the Mumbai Police. However, he went into hiding soon after.
His brother Mushtaq Hussain's role comes under scanner following reports that he helped his brother and main accused Parvaiz Tak to flee from Mumbai after they murdered Laila and her family members.
They said that Shakir Hussain revealed the details of murder to his brother Mushtaq Hussain. The sources said that Mumbai Crime Branch which is seeking arrest of Shakir Hussain is likely to shift Mushtaq Hussain to Mumbai for questioning and correlating the statement given by accused Parvaiz Iqbal Tak.
They said that Mushtaq provided logistic help to the accused in hiding the crime and also helped the Tak and Shakir in treating their injuries which they received due to scuffle with the actress and her family before the entire family was wiped out by them.
The sources said that Shakir also informed his brother about the money and jewelry which accused Tak give him as a share out of the stolen goods cash robbed by the two from Ohshiwara flat and Igatpuri farmhouse before they fled the Mumbai after their 2nd visit.
Meanwhile, the sources in Mumbai police said that Crime Branch Mumbai is all set to reach Kishtwar by tomorrow evening along with accused Parvaiz Iqbal Tak for recovery of jewelry belonging to the actress and her family.
The sources also said that Mumbai Crime branch will also apply before the local court for the transfer of custody of seized Outlander vehicle owned by the deceased actress. The Outlander was recovered by Kishtwar police from abandon shop on Om Mehta road Kishtwar on 29-05-2012.
The sources said that Mumbai Crime Branch will also record the statement of owner of the shop from where Kishtwar police recovered the Outlander vehicle and will also clear some pending documental work with Kishtwar police.
