| Police foils bid to smuggle 5 bovine animals | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 28: Police today foiled a bid to smuggle 5 bovine animals from Lowang to Bhaderwah. According to a handout, a police party of PP Lowang acting on specific information laid down a Naka at Chunchli Morh Lowang where they intercepted one Mohindra Load carrier bearing registration no. JK08B-7450 driven by one Mohammed Shafiq and his two associates namely Kaka Din and Faquir Hussain. During search of the vehicle, police recovered five Bovine Animals which were being transported from Lowang to Bhaderwah illegally. A Case FIR No. 22/2012, U/S 188 RPC stands registered at P/S Bani against the arrested accused. |
