| Devika Urban Co-operative Bank branch opened at Ramnagar | | | early times report
RAMNAGAR, July 30 : The third Branch of Devika Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd was inaugurated here today at simple but impressive function. The function was presided over by Diwakar Gupta Chairman of the Bank. The Chairman highlighted the achievements of the Bank and revealed that at present the Bank stands at Rs. 26.00 crores approx and advances of the bank are over Rs.13.00 crores.
The chairman requested the public of Ramnagar to bestow faith in the Bank and urged them to become a partner of the bank by just contributing minimum of Rs. 500/- and maximum of Rs. 1.oo lakh in the share capital so that banks business could increase.
The function was attended by Deputy Registrar (Agriculture) Cooperative Societies, Deputy Registrar (Consumers) cooperative societies along with other staff members, prominent citizens, Director of the Bank. On the occasion, the customers' deposited an amount of Rs. 40 lakhs and 3 loan cases amounting to Rs.12.50 lakh were also sanctioned on the spot. |
